Guys and Gals, I absolutely recommend this place. They give you the perfect amount of push that one needs. I've lost 24lb thus far. The trainers are amazing and so is the workout routines, not to mention the equipment. I personally get bored at a gym and most of the time feel lost, not knowing what exercise to do for the day and end up doing just the treadmill. At the camp you don't have to worry about that. The trainer have different routines ready for you to do. One day is upper body the next day is lower body after is full body and it rotates throughout the week. Try it out you won't regret it.
